Terms and Conditions


  1. By booking with Ashleigh Buntings hair, you agree that you and all members of your wedding party, having their hair done are covered by the following terms and conditions.


  1. A £30 non – refundable deposit will be required to hold both the trial and wedding date in my diary. This will come off the trial cost.



  1. Once your booking is confirmed via email, your wedding date is secured in my diary until 7 days after date of the trial.


  1. There is a minimum booking of £210, which can be made up however you wish.  For example, Bride hair plus two Bridesmaids hair on the wedding day. (this doesn’t include travel costs or trial)


  1. Once a successful trial is completed, a deposit is required to hold the date of your wedding in my diary. The deposit is 50% of the total cost of the wedding day hair for the whole bridal party and any others on the booking. The deposit is to be paid at the end of the trial, or up to 5 days after, or the booking will no longer be secure in the diary. This is non-refundable.


  1. Travel costs are 40p per mile, This includes my return journey. All parking charges to be paid.


  1. The remaining 50% is to be paid on or before the wedding day by either cash or bank transfer.


  1. If no trial is needed, 50% off the wedding day costs needs to be paid within 14 days of booking to secure the date in my diary. Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer.


  1. Trial date is subject to change, reasonable notice, and an alternative date to be given if it does need to be rearranged.


  1. Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the business, it isn’t always possible to rebook the dates at short notice.


  1. In the unlikely event that I have to cancel, a full refund will be made and I will do my best to source another stylist to you.


  1. I have every right to refuse or cancel a booking that payment has not been received or incorrect details have been given at time of the booking. If contact hasn’t been made and deposits haven’t been received.


  1. Any allergies need to be made clear on the trial, I accept no responsibility for any reaction on wedding day if I have not been previously informed.


  1. All client details are kept safe and used for my purpose only. Never will they be passed on to a third party.


  1. You are happy for me to use any pictures taken for my own promotional purposes.


  1. Terms and conditions are subject to change
