Consultation & Trials

• If extensions are not confirmed until the trial appointment, a second trial session may be required, which will be charged separately and subject to availability.
• The suitability of hair extensions is assessed on an individual basis, and I reserve the right to decline installation if hair health or suitability is compromised.
Clip-In Extensions
• Clip-in extensions are a suitable alternative for those who do not wish to commit to long-term extensions.
• I can advise on the most suitable option, colour match, cut, and style them to ensure a seamless blend.
• Clip-in extensions must be ordered in sufficient time to allow fitting and styling at the trial.
Hair Supply
• All extensions must be sourced by me to ensure consistency, quality, and suitability.
• I use premium-quality hair designed to retain style, volume, and integrity for long-lasting wear.
• Once hair has been ordered, it is non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the service.
